| Fukuoka is the business and transportation hub of Kyushu Island located in southwestern Japan, and has long thrived as the gateway from Japan to the rest of Asia. Serving as the center of a huge market base of 15 million consumers, Fukuoka has established a strong trade relationship throughout Asia including China and South Korea, as well as with the US and European countries. infrastructure and is known throughout Japan as a source of
